Category Manager - Automobile

Key Deliverables:- Responsible for setting direction for overall marketing plans across UP(E), UP(W), Uttarakhand & Bihar.- Develop & execute monthly Marketing Communication (ATL & BTL) plans with the right media mix.- Responsible for Concept to Execution Brand activation for the zone.- Localization of national agenda to address local requirements- Develop & Implement Return on Investment based Marketing Strategies.- Monthly Media planning & buying through Agency & Directly- Creative (artwork) development for marketing collaterals like Print Ad, Direct Mailers, Outdoor etc- Budget Planning & preparing yearly calendar for Marketing Activities- Brand Store Launches – Development to Launch  - Analyzing Data, Specific and general inputs to push sales- Ensuring high quality of In store and out store display with  continuous innovations- Keeping close watch on competition marketing strategies & actions, working out counter measures.- Plan & ensure higher rate of conversions through offers , local schemes etc- Ensuring manpower management across touch points to drive secondary & ensure maximum productivity - Vendor management, Public Relations with print publications & negotiating with various media agencies.
