Srinivasulu Reddy Mule

Srinivasulu Reddy Mule is an accomplished senior manager with over 12 years of experience in quality management, strategy execution, process excellence, leadership, and project management. He has a Master of Science in Mobile Communications and a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science. He also studied entrepreneurship and small business formation, project management, and has certifications in project management.

Mule has worked in various positions at Jabra, where he demonstrated his continuous process improvement skills to lead the company to operational and business excellence. He has extensive experience in implementing quality and environmental management systems across sites in China and the US. He led successful multi-cultural teams using a combination of democratic and coach-style models as a management style. In his previous roles, he also worked as a life cycle management engineer, software developer, GSM test engineer, and quality engineer in the telecommunications industry.
