Srini Narayanan

Srini Narayanan is a seasoned Technology Leader with a diverse background, having served in various roles such as entrepreneur, product manager, delivery lead, deal architect, domain program manager, and software architect.

Currently, Srini is focused on solving customer support and engagement challenges by implementing cognitive digital assistants across different touchpoints using innovative technologies like ASR, TTS, NLU, and RPA through his venture Ellieva.

Additionally, he holds the position of CTO at InfinitiLabs, spearheading financial inclusion solutions in Francophile West African markets through initiatives in microfinance, Telecom VAS, and Digital Wallets.

In his previous role at Accenture India, Srini managed health and public services domain initiatives, focusing on RPA, virtual assistants, AI, Blockchain, and Cloud technologies across various locations, enhancing Accenture's position in the IT services sector.

His entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding CoralGrid Software, a company acquired by TriplePoint Technology for its IP and significant client base, specializing in providing precious metals trading solutions for banks in emerging markets.

Srini's educational background includes an MBA in Technology Management from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BE in Computer Science from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology.
