The responsibilities includes, leading the sales, covering top Enterprise customers across India & SAARC region and drive business through Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Retail, Telecom, IT/ITES and Manufacturing verticals. Accountable for the Skybox Sales across India & SAARC and driving on-going initiatives to increase sales productivity and contributing back to the organization through identifying tools & methodologies and integrating them into the sales approach and processes increasing various sales vectors.  Responsible for over achievement of the theatre and corporate goals, managing booking and revenue plan, profitability and market share, working with global alliances, channels and in driving solution sales to the large Enterprise customers in India & SAARC across the Skybox platforms. Leading the sales operations, driving growth and market leadership for the Skybox’s India business. Achieved 153% year or year sales revenue growth in the region in 2016 and 350% year or year sales revenue growth in the region in 2017. Established India region has the largest and number one revenue region in APAC region.

Started the FireEye India operations in October 2012. Worked with the Regional leadership team to define strategies for market entry and establishing the FireEye brand in the Enterprise and Government organisations.Signed distribution partners for effective product distribution and smooth import of the appliances for product evaluation and customer order fulfillment in India. Established the India RMA center for appliance replacement. Signed key National SI’s, established key relationship with Global Partners, Tier II Partners in the region. Initiated and established the need for Advanced Malware Prevention solution in the Government and Enterprise organisations in India.Planned all marketing initiatives in for the region. Planned key marketing initiatives to establish the FireEye brand in Enterprise and Government verticals.

Provided day-to-day operational leadership of the region’s cross functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, customer advocacy, etc. Planned and executed all marketing initiatives in the region. Established and signed MSSP partners and VAR partners in the region. First Sales Manager for IronPort in South India. Started the IronPort Sales operations for South India and Sri Lanka and was responsible for the overall sales in the region. Worked with the India leadership team to define strategies for market entry and pricing for the region. Headed the South India sales team.  Grew the business to more than1 million+ in a given year.In the first year, IronPort Email Security Appliances was the revenue leader in its category in South India.Sold the first IronPort Web Security in the APAC region.Sold the largest number of IronPort Email Security Appliance's and IronPort Web Security Appliance's in the region. South India contributed more than 50% of the IronPort appliances sold in India.Signed-up accounts such as Wipro, Sify, UST – Global, GMR Group, Biocon, Dr. Reddys Group, Sasken Group, Symphony Services and IBS. Created a partner profitable business model and executed 100% Channel Model in the region.
