Søren Maigaard

Søren Maigaard is an executive level security leader with over 15 years of experience in leading security teams and companies in the USA, Germany, UK, and Denmark, specializing in critical infrastructure and energy sectors.

He holds certifications in CISSP, CISM, and CEH, and has a background in Applied Physics and Nuclear physics from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet and The Australian National University.

Søren Maigaard has been involved with various organizations, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer at EnergiCERT and holding positions such as Vice President & CISO at Norlys, Founder at Kosmorama, and Founder & CTO at Inspekt, Inc. among others.

He is a former member of the National Danish Cybersecurity Council, Chairman of the Board at CISOGROUP Denmark, and has held leadership roles at companies like Semco, Sophos, and Astaro.
