In 2019, he founded Pippin and Rent the Backyard, a house manufacturing company and ADU brand respectively, achieving significant contracted revenue but facing financial challenges.
Spencer is a firm advocate for advancements in the physical world, emphasizing the importance of investing in infrastructure, technology, and communities to overcome societal challenges.
Currently, he is dedicated to enhancing the physical world to tackle modern-day issues and promote sustainability, with a focus on streamlining processes for hard tech startups.
