Spencer Adler is a multi-faceted professional with a diverse background in law, investment, biology, quantitative trading, and philanthropy.

Having practiced law in Washington, DC, Spencer's expertise spanned energy policy and philanthropic/estate planning before transitioning to the investment realm in New York City.

In the field of biology, Spencer played a pivotal role as a backer in establishing the first engineered biology company incubator on the NASA campus in California.

He co-founded Bioeconomy Capital, the first engineered biology-focused venture fund, and was actively involved in various SPVs related to cutting-edge biotech ventures.

With a keen interest in quantitative (quant)/algorithmic trading, Spencer acquired a seat on the commodities exchange (CME) and is affiliated with regulatory bodies like the Commodity Futures Trading Association (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA).

Beyond his investment ventures, Spencer manages several SPVs in commercial real estate and leads initiatives in breakthrough environmental and low-pollution technologies.
