Spandana Silla

Spandana Silla, a graduate from IIT Kharagpur with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, ventured into the Oil & Gas industry to embrace its challenges, especially in combating its traditionally low gender diversity. Starting as a Field Engineer Trainee at Schlumberger, she gained hands-on experience working on drilling rigs in Barmer, Rajasthan. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion as a Well Engineer, where she supervised drilling and completion operations, demonstrating resilience in demanding and male-dominated environments.
