Sowmya Surikuchi

Sowmya Surikuchi is a seasoned HR professional with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from GITAM University. With a diverse background in both tech and HR, Sowmya has worked for several well-respected organizations, including Vodafone Idea Limited and Udaan.com.

She began her career at Vodafone Idea Limited, where she served as a Management Trainee in Human Resources, before being promoted to Business HR in Resourcing, Diversity, Employee Engagement, and Talent Management, and later as a Hub HR partner for Workforce and ICSL in Sales. In her current role, she serves as an HR Business Partner at Udaan.com.

She has also worked as a Winter Intern in Corporate HR at Allcargo Logistics Ltd, a Human Resources Intern at Vodafone India, and a Social Media Marketing Intern at Schedio before starting her career in HR. Before moving into the field of HR, Sowmya also gained experience as a Technical Writer with Asterminds Enterprise Solutions.
