Souvik Chatterjee is an accomplished ServiceNOW certified instructor and consultant with extensive experience in project management, client interaction, and consultation. He has led ServiceNOW implementation and support teams for Fortune 500 manufacturing and financial services companies, overseeing 10+ team members. Souvik is skilled in ServiceNow development, implementation, integration, administration, and production support, in addition to implementing ServiceNOW Security Operations, such as Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
