Sourav Ray is a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with global experience in the IT industry, having worked extensively with USA-based utility clients for 6 years in various roles.

He is adaptable to newer technologies and business processes and has expertise in Microsoft Technologies, JavaScript, Web Services, Object-Oriented Programming, Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL, and ETL tools like SSIS.

Sourav has experience working with different vendor companies to provide robust solutions, particularly in areas like Outage Management, Outage Reporting, and AMI-MDMS systems.

He is trained in Salesforce Administration and Development modules, with a good understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ modules.

With a strong domain knowledge of the Utility Industry, especially in MDM/Smart Meter Area and AMI portfolio, Sourav also possesses a comprehensive understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

His expertise lies in assessing business needs, performing gap analysis, and implementing solutions in collaboration with SMEs, business partners, and technical stakeholders.

Sourav has been involved in various transformation programs, maintenance projects, and fixed price projects, with an understanding of application maintenance portfolios and different KPIs.

He has knowledge of SOW, RFP, Contract Renewal Proposals, Change Requests, Monthly Invoicing, and has worked in leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, and Karmic Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Sourav completed his Higher Secondary education at Rahara Ramkrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College, and his BTech in IT from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
