Dr. Sourabh Kharait, MD, PhD, is a practicing Nephrologist with a passion for developing electrolyte solutions for athletes and patients. He is the Founder & CEO of IGH Naturals, focusing on innovative nutrition products. His expertise in electrolyte imbalance and kidney diseases has led to the creation of MAGNAK and HuMOLYTE, designed to address muscle cramps, fatigue, and gut-related electrolyte absorption issues.

Dr. Kharait's educational background includes an M.B.B.S. from B. J. Medical College, Pune, and a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Pathology from the University of Pittsburgh. He has completed residencies and fellowships at reputable institutions like Long Island Jewish Medical Center, University of California San Francisco (UCSF), and postdoctoral research under Dr. Matthew Springer at UCSF.

Throughout his career, Dr. Kharait has held key positions at organizations such as Fresenius MC, SUMMIT NEPHROLOGY MEDICAL GROUP, INC., and Gray Mountain Sports Drinks, LLC. His roles have ranged from Medical Director to Founder & CEO, showcasing his diverse experience and leadership in the healthcare and nutrition sectors.
