Sourabh Jindal is a seasoned management professional with more than 17 years of experience in the IT, BPO, banking, and financial services sectors. He has successfully managed multi-million businesses in people management roles and proved his decision-making abilities with a proven track record. Sourabh is skilled in strategic planning, pricing, management accounting, business analytics, process improvements, and leadership. He has expertise in setting-up finance functions from scratch and building up teams of result-oriented professionals. Sourabh has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from the Centre for Management Development (CMD) and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He has also completed various leadership development and transformational leadership programs from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and Indian School of Business. Currently, he is the Director, Head of Finance & Accounting, and Head of Global Finance Shared Services at Sungard Availability Services, India. In the past, Sourabh has worked in cross-cultural, cross-geographical, and cross-functional teams of professionals in organizations such as Quatrro, Convergys, Sutherland Global Services, Mphasis, ICICI Bank, and NuWave eSolutions Pvt.
