Deputy Manager - Training and Development

Responsible to manage Training function for India operation across various locations. Content development for Soft skill and Behavioural Training. Create and manage Training calendar  for New hire batches and development training.

As a trainer in Snapdeal my responsibility was to train the new hire batches in Gurgaon and Bangalore for our vendors. Design refresher sessions as per the Gap Analysis report. Cross trained the entire floor on all the sub processes. Content development for all the processes and regular review done.

Handled end to end Inside sales activities. Develop, maintain, and cultivate targeted prospect lists through extensive market research to identify key contacts and decision makers at targeted companies. Extensive telephone prospecting, gathering of sales intelligence, and collaborating with the external sales teams to pursue qualified leads. Provide follow-up for marketing and lead generation initiatives, such as trade shows (pre- and post-show calling), newsletters, email campaigns, letter campaigns, etc. I was also responsible to train my team and new joiners on our service lines (Insurance, BFS, FNA etc).

Senior Executive - Client Service Operations

Training the new hire batches, conducting refreshers and developmental training for the Back office and Voice processes. Responsible for batch OJT and maintaining the batch performance reports. Managing various training and batch related reports on regular basis. Calibration and audits done on weekly basis.

Process Trainer

Worked for Utilities process for a UK based Gas and Electricity provider in Back Office Process. Responsible to manage the customer accounts settling the disputes amongst the suppliers. Monitoring onshore agent calls regularly to maintain the quality standards. Maintaining data and reports periodically.
