- Researching and identifying tendencies, challenges and topics in the process of developing conferences - Developing the scientific content of the conferences - Identifying, inviting and contacting potential speakers to share their experience and knowledge - Coordinating and working with the Marketing Department (to promote the conferences), the Commercial Department (to find sponsors and participants), and the Operations Department for the organization of the conferences, in order to ensure that our processes are of the same high standards as all IMH products.
