Sophie Wade is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in various industries such as media, consulting, and innovation. She has studied at the prestigious University of Oxford, where she completed a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.

Wade has held various positions throughout her career, including President of NY Chapter at NAWBO NYC, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at IMG Media, and Director of Business Development at Yahoo Finance. Additionally, she has founded Flexcel Network LLC, where she served as a Workforce Innovation Specialist and Speaker.
