With a Master's degree in Food Science and extensive training in neuro-linguistic programming, Sophie has worked with major international brands such as Nestle, IFF, and NPTC Beverages. She has also been a freelance consultant, assisting companies with creativity and consumer research.

Currently, Sophie is working as the Head of Higher Education for Institution Jeanne d'Arc. She is enthusiastic about helping students become the best they can be and aims to help them become effective managers who are empathetic, open-minded, and committed to making a difference.
