Sophie Kiesouw is an experienced project leader and facilitator with over 8 years of expertise in program management for social enterprises, NGOs, and municipalities, focusing on ensuring inclusivity and amplifying voices.

With a background in sociology and practical involvement in informal learning and bottom-up community development, Sophie's mission is centered around creating a more inclusive society through anthropological perspectives and proactive approaches.

Her work encompasses designing and facilitating various programs and projects related to co-creation, bottom-up urban development, entrepreneurship, personal and talent development, tailored for multi-stakeholder processes, governmental bodies, and grassroots initiatives.

Sophie's educational journey includes a mix of studies in sociology, law, and social sciences from institutions like Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
