Sophia White

Sophia White is a proactive and driven sustainability professional with a background in geoscience and a strong interest in the circular economy, sharing cities, and the digital revolution. Currently serving as an Environmental Advisor at Antarctica New Zealand, she focuses on energy & carbon, waste, and hazardous substances management to champion best practices within the organization. Sophia is actively engaged in community initiatives in Christchurch to promote the circular and sharing economy. Outside of work, she enjoys running marathons, cycle touring, and has a passion for sailing, having completed a Transatlantic Voyage as part of the Tall Ships Race.
