Sooyoung Jung is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management with experience in sales, consulting, and marketing. She currently works for Salesforce.com, a leading provider of CRM solutions, where she helps companies revolutionize their marketing, sales and service. With a degree in Adolescent Science and a Master of Business Administration, she has a well-rounded educational background that has helped her succeed in various roles throughout her career.

Before joining Salesforce.com, Sooyoung held a position as an Account Executive at both Oracle and Salesforce.com. She also served as a Team Lead, Digital Advertising at Spoqa, and a SMB Marketing Specialist at TMON. Prior to her career in sales and marketing, Sooyoung was an Operating Manager and Airforce Officer for the South Korean Airforce.
