Sonya Hanson is a seasoned HR executive and organizational development specialist with over a decade of experience driving business results through building people-first strategies, programs, and processes. She holds an M.S. in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehab from SCSU and a B.A in Business Administration and Management, Exercise Science from Concordia College.

Prior to her role as VP of HR at ServiceMax, Sonya held executive HR positions with ForeScout Technologies Inc. and Blue Coat Systems where she led complex organizational changes, built people strategies, enabled cultural transformation, and played a crucial role in global expansion, M&A, and diversity initiatives. She is also skilled in leadership and employee development, talent acquisition, data analytics, compensation and benefits, wellness programs, HR operations, and immigration.
