Sonya Chase is a customer service expert with over two decades of experience in various industries including business, finance, service, and travel. With her extensive background in investigating, reporting, and management, she has honed her skills in leadership, training, screening, testing, and motivating employees. She attended Urbana University in Ohio, where she studied Psychology and Social Service.
Sonya worked at Alcatraz Media Inc. for a decade, starting in February 2005 and leaving in January 2015. During this time, she was responsible for the management of the Ticketing Unit, ensuring timely delivery of properly-formatted e-tickets to customers of the internet-based travel and tourism organization. Under her supervision, the unit achieved a 90 percent same-day confirmation rate with 7 percent confirming within 24 hours and 3 percent within the promised 72 hours, an impressive feat that she accomplished through positive reinforcement, superior record-keeping, and excellent client and staff relations.
She also worked as an Account Specialist at Yokohama Tire Corporation and Service, Sales, and Support Associate and Operations Specialist at Chico's FAS, Inc.
