Sonkho Phiri

Sonkho Phiri, a versatile and results-oriented project and programme manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale social upliftment projects, whether working independently or as part of a team. Holding a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from the University of Malawi and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Economics from the University of Cape Town, Sonkho has proven himself time and again in a leadership role, consistently focused on inspiring and motivating others to achieve their best. His experience includes serving as Project Manager at Government Technical Advisory Centre, National Treasury; Programme Manager at National Youth Development Agency; Programme Officer at Umsobomvu Youth Fund; and Regional Advocacy and Policy Advisor at Voluntary Service Overseas: Regional AIDS Initiative for Southern Africa, among others.
