Sonik Sourabh

Sonik Sourabh, a marketeer and business professional, has a diverse range of experiences and skills that have helped him achieve his goals. After earning his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering, Sonik began his journey into the corporate world by completing several internships with companies such as HDFC Bank, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, and Healthmug. Through these internships, Sonik gained significant experience in sales, marketing, product development, and partnerships. He then pursued PGDM in Marketing and HR domains from MDI Murshidabad, a top-notch management institute in India, to further hone his skills and knowledge.

Currently positioned as a Specialist - e Pharmacy at Medlife.com, Sonik is responsible for improving internal processes, facilitating sales enablement, and building a league. He works closely with the Product Development and R&D teams to develop new products while also strengthening partnerships with government agencies and other regulatory bodies. Sonik focuses on customer engagement and works tirelessly to sell solutions to his clients instead of products.

Sonik's experiences with organizations such as IEEE (Student Branch) and Entrepreneurship Development Cell have helped him develop a deep understanding of technical, technological, and operational challenges that businesses face regularly. He has learned how to identify business problems and develop innovative solutions to them.

Sonik is passionate about finding viable solutions for modern-day business challenges, and he believes in aligning himself with the ethical aspects of things. His interests lie in learning and knowledge acquisition, and he believes that knowledge is the key to success.
