Sonic Zhang is a renowned entrepreneur, investor, and tech leader with valuable experience and knowledge in the security token offerings (STO) ecosystem, blockchain startups, and cryptocurrencies. He is the founder and CEO of Zero & Ones, as well as the former founder of LedgerZ Capital and ValueNet Capital, where he focused on investing in the STO ecosystem.

Zhang is also the co-founder of ValueBank Group, a global network of fiat-crypto/crypto-crypto exchanges, with a crypto wallet and advisory services. He is also the co-founder of Murint Capital, a VC fund for tech and entertainment industries. He has a Master of Project Management and Bachelor of Engineering, Mechatronics from the University of Sydney.

Additionally, Zhang co-founded the STO Alliance, driving STO investment and evangelism in China. During his career, he gained experience holding various positions, including being a former project control engineer at China TianChen Engineering Corporation and formerly a change management consultant at Presence of IT.
