Sonia Wilson

Sonia Wilson is an accomplished education professional with a diverse background in teaching and school leadership roles.

She pursued her academic journey by studying Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and DipEd at La Trobe University, followed by a Master of Arts (MA) in Asian Studies/Civilization at the University of Leeds. Sonia also received her education at Melbourne Girls Grammar School.

Throughout her career, Sonia has held key positions in prestigious educational institutions. She notably served as the Head of Ross House at Melbourne Grammar School, showcasing her leadership skills and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Prior to her role as Head of Ross House, Sonia Wilson worked as a dedicated Teacher at Melbourne Grammar School. Her passion for education and dedication to students' growth have been evident in her teaching methods and interactions with learners.

Sonia's international experience includes being the Headteacher at Lorna Whiston Schools in Singapore and a Teacher at Lorna Whiston Schools in Indonesia. These roles allowed her to engage with diverse student populations and hone her skills in multicultural education.
