Sonia Koshy is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in evaluation/research management, quantitative and qualitative data analyses, and youth development research. She has a strong background in collegiate teaching.
Sonia pursued her education at Tufts University, earning a Ph.D. in Applied Child Development, an M.A. in Applied Child Development, and a B.A. in Applied Child Development.
Sonia has held various key roles in renowned organizations. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation at the Kapor Center. Previously, she worked as the Director of Evaluation and Evaluation Specialist at the same institution. She also held positions as the Applied Social Science (Research) Director and Evaluation Consultant at Algorhythm, Evaluation Manager and Evaluation Specialist at Thrive Foundation for Youth, Data & Survey Analyst at Stanford University, and Grant Writing Contractor at Rockman Et Al.
In addition to her professional roles, Sonia has been actively involved in teaching.
