Son Hoang is a biomedical engineer and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in laboratory automation, drug screening, and digital therapeutics. He holds a Six Sigma black belt and specializes in process improvement, operations, and strategic planning. Hoang has worked in various capacities at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where he was a senior engineering manager and a principal engineer. He has also served as an automation lead at LifeMine Therapeutics, a business development consultant at P Medical Devices, and the founder of VietAve.
Hoang has a strong interest in mobile health, Internet of Things (IoT), and adaptive leadership. He holds a master's degree in biomedical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College. Additionally, he has completed a certificate in Six Sigma black belt from BMGI and a course in adaptive leadership from KS-INSIGHT.
