Meet Son H., an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in operations, eCommerce, customer experience, and marketing. Son completed his Bachelors's in Business Administration and Marketing at the prestigious Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin.

Over the years, Son has worked with multiple organizations ranging from early-stage startups to well-established brands. He started his professional journey as an Analyst with Oliver Wyman and later worked as a Strategy & Operations Associate and Program Manager at LiveOps, Inc. and as an Associate Brand Manager at Simply 7 Snacks. He co-founded Gauvin+Hong LLC, a web development and design company, where he served as a Web Developer and Designer.

Son has held several leadership roles in his career. He worked as the Chief of Staff at HVF Labs, where he helped the team resolve complex issues and stay on track with their goals. As the Director of eCommerce, Operations, and Customer Experience at KAMMOK™, a camping gear company, he led the team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. He also served as the Director of Operations at Wearable Intelligence, a wearable technology solutions provider, where he managed supply chain processes and improved operational efficiency.

Son is currently working as a consultant for early-stage startups, where he offers his expertise in setting up organizational structure, defining operational strategies, and building efficient supply chains. His passion lies in helping businesses achieve their goals through seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
