He holds a management degree with a specialization in Service Innovation and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, focusing on Information Management.

His expertise lies in enterprise architecture, change management, risk management, and customer satisfaction, with a strong inclination towards creative problem-solving.
