Solomon Choi was a prominent entrepreneur known for founding 16 Handles, a self-serve frozen yogurt chain that began in New York City in 2008. Under his leadership, the brand expanded significantly, reaching over 40 locations and becoming an innovative player in the food and beverage industry. Choi served as the CEO of 16 Handles until August 2022, when he sold the company to Neil Hershman and YouTube personality Danny Duncan.
