Dr. Sohum Faans is an accomplished neurosurgeon with a wealth of experience working in various healthcare organizations. He completed his MD in Medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and an Associate's degree in Chemistry from South Texas College. Dr. Faans currently practices as a Neurosurgeon at South Texas Health System. Previously, he has held positions at prestigious institutions such as Rio Grande Regional Hospital, Tenet Healthcare, The University Of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Doctors Hospital At Renaissance Health System, Prime Healthcare Services, Seton Healthcare Family, and completed his Neurosurgery Residency at Utmb.
