Sohrab Shirzadi

Sohrab Shirzadi is a recent graduate from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Sciences in Chemistry.

With a passion for creating things, Sohrab has a keen interest in 3D modeling, having followed the field for over a decade.

Having acquired his first 3D printer six years ago, Sohrab has since expanded his collection of 3D printers and deepened his knowledge in the area.

His recent focus has been on a project involving the integration of 3D printing within the orthotics industry, where he has engaged with tech start-ups like FormLabs, industry leaders such as 3DSystems, and manufacturers like ESun and Anycubic.

Sohrab's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Victoria and a High School Diploma from St. George's School.

He has previously been associated with organizations such as Digital Dental Manufacturing at Shanto Dental Ceramics Ltd., worked as a 3D Printing Contractor, handled Operations and Manufacturing roles, and served as a Laboratory Technician.
