Sohrab Sharghi is a highly-experienced finance executive who has successfully navigated critical business and finance issues for consumer products and franchised organizations in six different countries across three continents. He has a strong background in finance transformation, integrated shared services, and IT transformation. Sohrab is an expert in revenue management and has extensive experience in working capital and receivables management. He is also a change management specialist with a proven track record of developing high-performing, multicultural teams.

Prior to his current role as the Head of ITD Value Creation at CommonSpirit Health, Sohrab served as the Senior Partner at Catalyst Transformation Partners, Senior Director - Global ITS Portfolio and Vendor Finance, Senior Finance Director, Chief of Staff to CFO, Director Shared Services, and Director - European Shared Services at Kimberly-Clark. He also has experience working as a Senior Credit Manager, Finance Manager, Controller, Operations Manager at McDonald's Corporation, and Regional Operations Manager at Pizza Hut.
