Sofie Novotny

Sofie Novotny is a professional with a diverse background in the field of social sciences and public administration.

She recently started a new position as a Study Support Administrator at CSN, where she is excited to learn and grow in her role.

Prior to this, Sofie worked as a Labor Market Consultant at Viva Arbetsmarknad in Vuxentorget, Umeå, focusing on collaborative planning for individuals reentering the workforce.

Her experience also includes working with long-term unemployed youth at the Employment Service in Stockholm Järva, showcasing her passion for youth issues and societal matters.

As a social scientist, Sofie brings expertise in public administration, youth affairs, labor market dynamics, integration, and democracy to her roles.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Malmö University and has studied Organization and Management in Public Administration at Södertörn University.
