Sofia Tafich's educational background includes a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. She also pursued studies at the American School Foundation of Monterrey and attended Summer @ Brown.
Professionally, Sofia has held various roles to hone her writing skills and contribute to different organizations. She served as a Reporting Apprentice at WhoWhatWhy, a Content Writer at Overlooked Beauty, LLC, a Web Content Writer within the Department of History at The University of Texas at Austin's College of Liberal Arts, and an Editorial Intern at The Austin Chronicle. Additionally, she has experience as a General Assignment & Social Media personnel at the International Symposium on Online Journalism (ISOJ) and as an Assistant Editor of Social Sciences at the Texas Undergraduate Research Journal.
