Sofia Rose Gross, also known as Sofia Rose Haft, is the Director of Communications at Anduril Industries, a defense technology company based in Washington, D.C. Before joining Anduril Industries, Sofia was an early employee at Snap Inc., where she spent over seven years in various roles, including Global Public Policy Manager and Head of Social Impact. In addition to her work at Anduril Industries, Sofia serves as a Public Affairs Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Personal Life
Sofia is married to Michael Haft, co-founder and CEO of Compass Coffee. She actively participates in initiatives that promote civic engagement and has been featured in discussions about the role of technology in enhancing democratic participation.42
