Sofia Rodriguez

Sofia Rodriguez, MBA, is an accomplished Program Manager known for her expertise in strategic process improvement initiatives.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Analytics from Seattle University, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health and Psychology from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, and studied at Dana Hills High School.

Currently, Sofia is dedicated to establishing a Project Management Office (PMO), introducing innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of a rapidly expanding team.

With a robust professional background, Sofia has held key roles at prominent organizations. These include her current position as a Program Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), her prior role as a Delivery Manager at 10th Magnitude, and her tenure as a Project Manager at SADA Systems.

In past positions, Sofia has showcased her skills and versatility, having served as a Jr. Project Manager, Project Coordinator & Funding Manager at SADA Systems, as well as gaining experience through internships at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy Environmental Analysis and Communications, Kaiser Permanente, and volunteering at Habitat for Humanity.
