Sofia Hegel

Sofía Hegel is a renowned entrepreneurial leader, consultant, and expert with vast experience organizing and executing over 150 entrepreneurial events worldwide. She holds multiple degrees in Business Administration, Public Administration, and International Business and Trade from prestigious universities such as ESI School of Management, ESERP Business School, and Instituto Nacional de Administracion Publica. With a specialty in developing sustainable micro-enterprises and strategic ecosystem connections, Sofía has served as the former Commercial Manager for companies such as Gourmet Greens and Deloitte, LATCO, Guatemala. Additionally, she has coordinated global entrepreneurship competitions such as Venture Day, Get in the Ring, and the Global Student Entrepreneurship Award. Sofía dedicates her life to service and empowerment for female entrepreneurs and is a leader of Arauna, an association seeking to form women living or working in the landfill in Guatemala City.
