* Responsible for product certification of all smart phones and tablets developed in R&D site San Diego. Delivered via team and personal contributions.
* All product certification schemes and requirements in scope, i.e. regulatory (e.g. FCC, IC, R&TTE, world-wide approvals), operator and licensing requirements.

Nokia

* Responsible for GCF and PTCRB certification of all smart phones and tablets developed in R&D site San Diego.
* Whole product lifecycle covered, from consultation during product concepting phase, through creation of certification strategy, detailed planning and execution, product updates and until ramp-down. 
* Vertical responsibility, covering everything from high-level strategy to practical hands-on execution.
* Practical management of all needed testing, interfacing to Nokia internal laboratories and external laboratories.
* Co-operation with internal and external partners (e.g. ODMs, modem suppliers) and peers on all levels from company top management to laboratory test engineer.
* Subject matter expert consulting product development programs, business management teams and sales teams on all GCF/PTCRB issues.

GCF/PTCRB Project Manager

* Overall responsible and accountable for product certification of the whole Nokia portfolio of Windows Phone 7 based products.
* Key role in enabling timely launch of the first wave of Nokia Windows Phones smart phones, with intense attention from all management levels of the company.
* Creation of certification strategy for each product covering all product certification requirements, ensuring that right requirements are applied, that  risks are managed, and timely delivery.
* Detailed planning and execution together with all contributing teams (from Europe, China and the US).
* Facilitated issue solving between stakeholders.
* Co-operation with external partners, e.g. ODMs, test laboratories, certification bodies and customers.

Windows Phone Certification Program Manager

* Responsible to establish and ramp up ISO 17025 accredited cellular modem test laboratory in San Diego
* Overall responsible for all aspects of the laboratory operation.

Laboratory Manager, Cellular Modem Compliance Laboratory San Diego

* Lead team and managed team of highly qualified and engaged engineers (10+ persons) across four sites within Europe responsible for:
 1. Certification of Nokia products according to industry standards and requirements (GCF, PTCRB, USB-IF, Java, Adobe Flash, PictBridge, UPnP, DLNA, WiFi, WAPI, CCX, Win7, Kronos, HDMI); and
 2. Nokia cellular modem test laboratory front-end (test planning) and back-end (test reporting) activities.
* Responsible for daily operations within the areas listed above, including planning and follow-up on deliverables, prioritization of tasks and escalation to ensure time-to-market and quality requirements are met.
* Playing key coordinator role in preparing and executing plans for certification of first Nokia Window Phones products.

Manager, Industry Certifications

* Leading and managing Nokia global team of Product Certification Managers (until April 2007), Product Certification Officers and world-wide certification persons
* Team of 20-40+ persons spread across all Nokia R&D sites globally.
* Manage the product certification operations i.e. ensuring that all Nokia products are timely certified according to right requirements.
* Built and maintained company-wide product certification network with other key stakeholders incl. product programs, HW/SW asset teams and test laboratories.
* Owner of the Nokia product certification process and responsible for its continuous development according to business needs and changing environment.
* Owner of and responsible for the Nokia device serial number management process (IMEIs and IEEE MAC addresses).

Senior Manager, Product Certification

* Build and lead the Nokia global team of PCOs.
* Responsible for R&TTE & Annex V related technical issues towards Notified Body. Technical assessor in Nokia internal Annex V audits in factories and R&D.

Chief Product Certification Officer

* Responsible for the management of product approvals and certifications, ensuring that products released for the field complied with regulatory requirements and other product certification requirements as defined in Nokia processes.
* Responsible for requirement management activities, externally and internally in own organization, areas of special expertise was R&TTE and Bluetooth.

Product Certification Officer

* Responsible for type approval of several GSM products developed in Copenhagen including certification planning, coordination and follow-up tasks together with test laboratories. Worked closely with R&D teams developing the products.

Test & Type Approval Engineer

* GSM type approval testing
* Development of test systems, including specification, implementation, validation and accreditation.

Senior Test Specialist

Then company was named Telecom Denmark, Telelaboratoriet.

* Development, maintenance and operation of DECT and ISDN accredited testing services.
* DECT standardization work (ETSI RES-3T and DECT Type Approval Advisory Board), including short term contract at ETSI to develop DECT TTCN test suites (PT63V).
* Project leader for Telecom Denmark in multinational CEC-project CTS5-CTR (DECT) on conformance testing of equipment for DECT Public Access Profile (TCR11)

Test and measurement system engineer

* Testing and troubleshooting of transmission and data communication systems
* Specification and acceptance testing of data transmission systems introduced at KTAS
