Snow Lee

Snow Lee has been a valuable asset to Mean Well since February 2006, where he played an integral role in setting up the European office in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. Mean Well, established in 1982, is a global leader in the manufacturing of switching power supplies, serving various markets worldwide with a focus on Product, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service, and Relationship.

With a diverse background encompassing financial, administration, facilities, sales, and currently human resources management, Snow has been involved in Corporate Social Responsibilities, Innovation Projects, Public Relations, Organizational Effectiveness, Corporate Communications, Branding, Employee engagement, Learning and Development, and serving as a project leader for company building projects.

Snow Lee's educational journey includes studies in PSS Coaching, Bachelor of Business Administration, Fine Arts, Human Resources Management, and Labor Law and Social Security. His international working experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of cultural differences, excellent communication skills in multicultural environments, and a strong ambition to build relationships based on trust.

Snow is currently serving as the HR Manager at Mean Well Europe B.V. and has previously held roles as a Financial Manager at the same organization, as well as positions as an International Transaction Specialist and Accounting Administration at the Bank of Taiwan Amsterdam Branch.
