Her expertise lies in civil society strengthening, new business development, and partnership management, with a focus on capacity development, systems thinking, Constituent Voice, adaptive management, and collective action approaches.

She has a proven track record in leading organizational strategy and overseeing finances and operations to achieve growth goals.

With a Master of Arts in International Relations and International Economics and Development Studies from Johns Hopkins University SAIS, Smriti's academic background complements her extensive practical experience.

Her diverse educational journey includes an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Armand Hammer United World College of the American West and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Management from Hood College.

Throughout her career, she has held key roles in reputable organizations such as Global Integrity, Root Change, International Finance Corporation (IFC), Malaysia Blue Ocean Strategy Institute, The World Bank, and others.

Having worked in over ten countries across Africa and Asia, Smriti has collaborated with donors, foreign governments, and local communities to drive impactful change through sustainable development initiatives.
