She brings a wealth of business and operational excellence experience in multiple sectors and geographies. Recently, she switched to the non-profit sector to bring her expertise of scale and leadership to the social impact sector. Her goal is to work with changemakers to help bring transformative change to their governance and enable meaningful progress under various social development goals.

Smita's educational qualifications include a degree in Organizational Leadership for Social Sector at ILSS, a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Cost Accountant degree from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, and a graduation degree in B.Com (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
