Smarak Swain is a dedicated individual with a strong passion for financial investigation and forensic auditing.

He is an accomplished author with books such as 'Tangible Guide to Intangibles', 'Loophole Games: A Treatise on Tax Avoidance Strategies', and 'The Great Indian Fraud: Serious Frauds Which Shook the Economy'.

Through his writings, Smarak aims to promote tax and accounting transparency in business operations and encourage better tax compliance in India.

His experience in the tax department of India has exposed him to major investigations across various sectors in Bhubaneswar, Bangalore, and Delhi.

Throughout his career, Smarak has held key positions such as Deputy Secretary at Foreign Tax Division and Joint Commissioner of IT at the Government of India, among others.
