Slava Menn is a passionate real estate developer with a strong entrepreneurial background and a focus on creating innovative solutions in various industries.

As the principal of Labrador Real Estate, Slava is dedicated to seeking real estate development opportunities and bringing new life to buildings and neighborhoods.

His previous ventures include co-founding Socrative, an education technology company, and serving as the CEO of Fortified Bicycle, a design-focused bicycle equipment company.

Slava's diverse educational background includes a BSEE and MSEE from Boston University, as well as an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where he also teaches entrepreneurship.

He is actively involved in teaching entrepreneurship in the Boston Public School System and has a track record of successful ventures in both the tech and real estate industries.
