Skot Welch is the Founder and President of Mosaic Film Experience (MFE), an organization he established in 2012.23 As the founder of MFE, Welch aims to provide high school and college students with an interactive media experience that focuses on creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and career preparedness through mobile filmmaking.14
