    Sita Magnuson is a multi-talented individual with rich expertise in process design, facilitation, and visualization spanning over two decades. She is an artist, entrepreneur, community catalyst, and self-proclaimed futurist. Sita's work revolves around Social Infrastructure, Environment, Space & Place, and Cognitive Evolution, focusing on connection, built environments, and thinking collectively.

    Her professional endeavors include conducting workshops, trainings, community dialogues, collaborative design projects, large-scale visual art, and immersive installations. Sita excels as a graphic facilitator, effortlessly translating complex ideas into visual concepts for clearer understanding and actionable outcomes.

    As the lead designer of the Easthampton Futures Project, Sita is deeply involved in citizen-driven community development in Massachusetts. She is also a co-founder of Fort Future, Mass Collaborative, and Easthampton Co.Lab, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning within the community. Moreover, she co-founded Dpict, an organization utilizing visuals and collaborative processes to drive learning, social understanding, and meaningful action.

    Sita Magnuson's remarkable contributions have been recognized through various fellowships and memberships. She was a 2018 NAS Creative Communities Fellow and has been selected for the prestigious 2020 Civic Saturday Fellowship. Additionally, she is an active member of The Value Web, a global organization promoting collaboration at systemic levels. Sita's expertise extends to practicing MG Taylor models and practices, emphasizing the importance of innovative approaches to problem-solving and collaboration.

    An alumnus of The New School and Parsons School of Design, Sita Magnuson holds a background in Eastern European and Russian Studies as well as Illustration, enriching her skills and perspectives. In her personal life, she resides in Western Massachusetts with her husband and two young children, balancing her professional commitments with family priorities.
