Sirpa Tsimal is an economic development and foreign direct investment strategist known for developing marketing programs and partnerships between the public and private sector.

With over 17 years of experience, Sirpa has led international teams in various areas including marketing communications, innovation strategy, digital transformation, and business development.

Sirpa holds a Master of Arts in Communication Sciences, International Law, and Social Anthropology from the University of Zurich, and has certifications in Artificial Intelligence from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Blockchain from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
