Sior Patrick Ley

Patrick Ley is a Partner at ECR, specializing in project leasing for businesses' office and industrial needs, with a strong passion for commercial real estate.

With over a decade of experience, Patrick has managed leasing for properties exceeding 1,000,000 SF and has successfully closed 500+ lease and sale transactions since 2010.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Patrick is actively involved in philanthropic activities, including serving as the President of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas in 2020-2021.

He is a distinguished alumnus of the 2012 Leadership Austin Emerge program, an Eagle Scout Award recipient, and has received recognition for his philanthropic efforts and leadership in Austin.

Patrick holds a BA in Art with an Economics minor from Centre College in Kentucky, where he excelled both academically and athletically as a collegiate swimmer and track and field athlete.
