With a background in design, Simon's career took off at Deliveroo, where he played a pivotal role as one of its early team members. He spearheaded the Content, Research & Design department and witnessed the company's exponential growth to over 2000 employees.

Driven by a passion to enhance customer experiences through effective support tools, Simon ventured into founding Plain, a unique support platform aimed at empowering companies shaping the future.

Simon Rohrbach's educational journey includes studying at Berufsbildungszentrum Biel-Bienne and WKS Bern, where he honed his skills and knowledge in design and related fields.
